Shop Stewards Committee Meeting

Mandate: To provide effective representation and defense for members at the worksite.

The Shop Stewards Committee meets to coordinate the advocacy efforts of our frontline representatives. This committee focuses on grievance handling, contract enforcement, and providing support to members during investigations or meetings with management. By sharing experiences and staying updated on labor relations trends, our stewards work together to ensure that every member is treated fairly and that the Collective Agreement is upheld across all City departments.
