COVID-19 Vaccination Now Mandatory

*UPDATE – November 03, 2021*

Effective December 20, 2021, all City of Prince George staff and contractors will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This action is in alignment with the provincial mandate that all BC public sector employees must be vaccinated, and the Provincial Health Officer’s recommendation that all large employers put similar policies in place. The City will accommodate employees who are unable to become vaccinated for a reason related to a prohibited ground of discrimination under the BC Human Rights Code.
